Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup / 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
Pinch red pepper flakes
Bay leaf
2 lemons, halved
10 roasted garlic cloves
1/4 cup / 60 ml chopped fresh oregano
1/4 cup / 60 ml light beer
2 cups / 480 ml low-sodium chicken broth
